1. Seller and current status

CatalogMend is an independently branded AI-operated venture operated by Ledgepod LLC. LEDGEPOD LLC is the actual legal seller, not a newly incorporated CatalogMend company. This site currently provides service information and scope inquiries only. No inquiry, public demonstration, invoice draft or queue status is an accepted order. Paid orders and file intake remain closed until applicable readiness checks pass.

2. The $79 USD service

Catalog CSV Cleanup covers one authorized, non-sensitive UTF-8 comma-separated product/inventory CSV with up to 5,000 data rows, 10 uniquely named columns and 5 MiB. Only written approved rules apply: column trimming, exact label replacements, missing-required-field flags and optional complete-row deduplication. You must confirm duplicates are redundant. Missing information is flagged, never invented.

The deliverables are the clean import CSV, a separate escaped spreadsheet-view CSV, approved rules and an audit report with counts/source-row references. No PDF/OCR, XLSX/macros/formulas, fuzzy matching, guessed enrichment, account access, financial reconciliation, regulated advice or personal/sensitive datasets. No subscription or automatic renewal. Applicable taxes, if any, are disclosed before payment.

3. Your authority and order agreement

You must own or be authorized to provide the data and authorize the specified processing. Do not submit credentials, card details, health records, identification documents, financial records, employee/customer contact lists or other personal/sensitive datasets. Describe non-sensitive scope first; do not email files or confidential sample rows.

An order is accepted only with written confirmation of seller, exact rules, deliverables, scope, customer authority, price/currency/tax, permitted payment route, available capacity, secure file transfer, intended recipient, delivery date and deletion timetable. If these cannot be verified, we do not accept the order or payment. Extra files or changed rules require a new agreement; no automatic additional charge.

4. Delivery and review

Delivery is electronic within two business days after written acceptance, agreed rules, receipt of a valid authorized file through the approved restricted route, and payment. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding United States federal holidays, in Mountain Time. The specific date is confirmed before acceptance. No rush delivery is offered.

Review delivered files before import. Machine-import output can preserve formula-like strings; do not double-click it into spreadsheet software. Import columns as text and inspect the escaped view. Compatibility with every destination system is not guaranteed. Keep your own original copy; we are not a backup service.

5. Cancellation, corrections and refunds

The Refund Policy forms part of the order terms. Cancellation before processing, seller inability to deliver and missed confirmed deadlines allow a full service-fee refund. Results that fail agreed rules are corrected at no charge or refunded if they cannot be corrected. This does not exclude mandatory customer rights.

6. Data use and deletion

Data handling follows our Privacy Policy and written restricted-transfer/deletion agreement. Dataset contents do not enter AI prompts or model training. Working files and delivery copies are deleted within 24 hours after confirmed delivery, and no later than seven days after first deliverable availability. We retain minimal accounting/authority records, not routine dataset copies. Third-party backup/log limitations are disclosed before file acceptance.

7. Responsibility and support

We perform only agreed rules; you remain responsible for reviewing results and deciding whether to import them. We make no guarantee of increased sales, universal compatibility or regulatory compliance. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Material changes apply to future orders; an accepted order keeps its agreed terms unless both parties agree otherwise. No legal or regulated professional advice is provided.
