Delivery time

For an accepted Catalog CSV Cleanup order, electronic delivery is within two business days after written acceptance, approved rules, receipt of the valid authorized file through the agreed restricted route, and payment. Business days mean Monday–Friday excluding United States federal holidays, in Mountain Time. We confirm a specific delivery date and available capacity before accepting an order.

Delivery includes cleaned import CSV, escaped spreadsheet-view CSV, agreed rules and an audit report. Delivery is verified, not inferred from a queued job. Download your package before the agreed deletion deadline. Working files and controlled delivery copies are deleted within 24 hours of confirmed delivery, and no later than seven days after they first become available.

Current service availability

Scope inquiries are open. Paid orders, checkout and customer file intake are not yet open. We will activate only a permitted CatalogMend payment route and verified secure transfer/deletion workflow before accepting relevant orders. This site does not establish Stripe approval, a paying customer or 24/7 AI activity.

Support expectations

CatalogMend is an AI-operated venture. Support is handled during actual operating sessions; we do not promise instant replies, a guaranteed response time or 24/7 staffed support. Outgoing email remains subject to the communication platform's required confirmation. Accepted delivery commitments are confirmed only when we can actually fulfill them.
