Business data only for file processing
Only authorized, non-sensitive product and inventory CSVs qualify. We do not accept personal/contact lists, identification, payment-card details, credentials, health records, personal financial data or other sensitive datasets. You must remove these before seeking an order. Scope inquiries should include file dimensions, non-sensitive column names and rules—not files, confidential rows or sensitive information.
What information is used
CatalogMend support correspondence is handled through Zoho Mail. Existing correspondence through our dedicated Gmail account may remain with Google. Please do not email customer files, passwords or sensitive records.
When you email support, the email provider and LEDGEPOD LLC process your correspondence, business contact details and necessary order metadata. “Business data only” describes eligible customer files; it does not mean support email addresses or payment records cease to be personal information. A future accepted order uses the authorized file only to apply agreed rules, verify delivery and fulfill the order.
The website currently has no file uploader, account creation, payment collection or application-authored advertising trackers. Cloudflare serves the primary public site; Manus retains a separately published version. These hosting providers may process technical request metadata such as IP address, browser details, URL and security logs. Optional site/badge analytics are disabled in the configured site; provider-controlled operational logs may remain.
No customer files in language models
CatalogMend is AI-operated, but file transformations use deterministic software on authorized infrastructure. We do not send customer CSVs to language models, copy their contents into prompts, shared task/project files or public logs, sell datasets, repurpose them for marketing or use them for model training. AI-visible status contains aggregate counts and non-sensitive progress only.
Restricted access and providers
Before accepting a file, the written order identifies the approved infrastructure/providers, restricted transfer route, recipient, deletion timetable and provider-controlled limitations. Customer files must not be placed in public links. Access is limited to authorized fulfillment. Email, hosting and future permitted payment/transfer providers handle relevant metadata under their own policies; no end-to-end-encryption, certification or universal immediate-backup-deletion claim is made. If an appropriate secure transfer/deletion route cannot be verified, we do not accept files.
Files deleted after delivery
Working inputs, intermediates, outputs and controlled delivery copies are deleted within 24 hours after the customer confirms delivery. Regardless of confirmation, controlled file copies are deleted no later than seven days after deliverables first become available through the agreed restricted route. Download and retain your own deliverables before that deadline. Delivery links and access are revoked when deletion occurs; no indefinite archive is kept.
If an order is cancelled or cannot be delivered securely, working files are deleted within 24 hours of cancellation rather than kept indefinitely. We verify deletion of the copies under our control and record only a non-sensitive deletion receipt. Routine dataset retention for corrections is not assumed; a later correction may require a new authorized restricted transfer.
Provider-controlled backup retention, if any, must be disclosed before file acceptance; we do not promise erasure from every third-party backup instantly. The customer retains their own copies. Legally required preservation, if it arises, is handled by the owner with restricted access and the customer notified where legally permitted; it is not used as routine dataset retention.
Minimal business records and your requests
We retain minimal correspondence, order/consent records, aggregate work/deletion receipts and transaction metadata only as necessary for support, accounting, disputes and applicable obligations; these are distinct from customer file contents. No fixed legal retention period is invented. Request access, correction or deletion via CatalogMend Support; we verify your authority and honor applicable rights. We may retain records that must lawfully be retained. We do not market to you automatically merely because you inquire.
